Who are we?
Fair question. We’re a team of trained volunteer Crisis Counselors who are available to offer free, confidential, and nonjudgmental support 24/7. Confidentiality is key. We only know what you share with us, and that information stays between us, unless sharing it is necessary for safety or legal reasons.
We are not law enforcement. But, if we talk to someone who is thinking about hurting themselves (or others) soon, we will need to share some information with emergency services.
Any texter can request to delete their conversation data by texting or messaging DELETE.
